# Translation by park13 (翻訳 by park13) > English to Japanese translation of documents (certificates, records, statements) for Japanese administrative, banking and business procedures, delivered with a certificate of translation (翻訳証明書) issued by park13 K.K. Translations are made by AI and checked against the original by code and a separate review step; if anything can't be confirmed, the translation isn't delivered and the customer isn't charged. Operated by park13 K.K. (park13株式会社). Whether a translation is accepted is decided by the office or organisation it is submitted to. Acceptance is not guaranteed. ## Ordering (agents prepare, customers approve and pay) 1. Optional: POST the file to the quote endpoint (or call quote_document) for the price and any limits. Nothing is stored. 2. Create the order with the file. You get an approvalUrl and a token. 3. Give the approvalUrl to the customer. They review the terms, give the required consents and pay there. Agents cannot approve or pay. 4. Follow the order with the token. Scanned documents need the customer to confirm what was read, on their order page. When it's completed, download the translation and certificate. Payment: The customer's card is authorised when they pay and charged only when the certificate is issued. If the order is declined, the authorisation is cancelled and nothing is charged. ## Prices (yen, tax included) - Short document (1–300 English words): ¥980 - Standard document (301–1,000 English words): ¥1,980 - Longer document (1,001–2,500 English words): ¥3,980 - Long document (2,501–5,000 English words): ¥5,980 ## What it accepts - One PDF, or up to 5 JPEG/PNG photos or scans of one document (one image per page), up to 20 MB, 20 pages and 5,000 words - Built and tested mainly on: Driving record / licence history; Travel / movement record; Birth, marriage or similar certificate; Bank or business supporting document; Degree or graduation certificate; Employer letter / proof of work history; Proof of qualification.
