Prices

Short document (up to 300 words in the original): ¥980 (tax included)
Standard document (301–1,000 words in the original): ¥1,980 (tax included)
Longer document (1,001–2,500 words in the original): ¥3,980 (tax included)
Long document (2,501–5,000 words in the original): ¥5,980 (tax included)
Prices include the fee for issuing the certificate of translation.

None (internet connection and data charges are paid by the customer).

Timing of payment

When you order, we place a hold for the order amount on your card (authorisation). The payment is completed when we issue the certificate of translation.

Delivery

Usually about 10 to 30 minutes after you order, on a download page. It can take longer depending on the document. For scanned or photographed documents, we start translating after you have checked what we read.

Cancellations and refunds

Because this is a digital service, you can't cancel for your own reasons once translation has started. If your order doesn't pass our automatic checks and we can't accept it, we don't complete the payment and we release the hold on your card (you aren't charged). If you tell us about a translation error within 7 days of delivery, we will issue a corrected version or refund you in full. If you contact us after 7 days, we will still look into it and respond.
