Scans and photos (JPEG or PNG) work up to 5 per document, one per page, but we may ask you to check what we read, and unclear images can't be accepted. If you take photos, use good light and shoot straight on and in focus, with the whole page in view. Up to 20 pages, 5,000 words and 20 MB in total.

Our checks were built and tested mainly on driving records and licence histories, travel/movement records, birth, marriage and similar certificates, bank or business supporting documents, degree and graduation certificates, employer letters and proof of work history, and proof of qualifications. Other English documents (transcripts and so on) are welcome too, but we may not be able to complete every one; if not, you aren't charged.

Where it's going (optional)

Names in katakana (optional)Enter each name as it appears on the document and in katakana as on the person's residence card (up to 10 people). The translation then writes those names as katakana（original）, with a note that the katakana is customer-supplied. Other names stay in Latin letters, exactly as in the original.
